Have you booked a space for your bus but the urgently needed additional trailer space has already been taken? Send us an email to facility@hafenundhof.de and we will try to create an additional parking space for your trailer.
We will then add this online to your booking as a “Joker” and send you the new confirmation with a request for payment of the outstanding balance.
It may be necessary to use the telehandler on site (for a fee) in order to meet your requirements.
We offer you
- Secure parking spaces for your vehicle on guarded premises, 24/7 check-in possible (night guard service)
- 16 and 32 A power supply directly at the site, 0,95 €/kwh
- Bathrooms with showers and toilets in the boathouse at the harbour, 2.00 € for 4 minutes using the port card credit (note seasonal peculiarities)
- Use of the toilet in the Hafenküche restaurant during opening hours
- Fresh water as well as grey water and toilet disposal, only free with car wash ticket or pitch booking, otherwise 10.00 €
- Vacuum cleaner
- AdBlue: bulk per litre (on request)

Rules of conduct
- Smokers are kindly requested to use our smoking corner and to dispose of waste in the bins
- Out of respect for the local catering establishments, please consume the food you bring with you inside the bus and not in the outdoor areas

Bus wash
Our bus wash is specially designed for large vehicles of up to 20 metres in length and offers the following features:
- Special soft brushes
- Soft osmosis water for rinsing
- Washing that follows the contours, making it also suitable for motorhomes
Opening hours
We are available for you from Monday to Friday from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.! The access card gives you access 24 hours a day.
